We accept cash, cheque, credit card payments and bank transfer.

We do general cleaning and housekeeping thrice a week.

Depending upon which floor level you are in, your housekeeping will be on a Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat basis.

We do not do housekeeping on Sundays or Public Holidays.

There is a washing machine, dryer and iron in every apartment.

For laundry and dry-cleaning services, our current service provider is Ever-Clean Laundry.

Kindly fill up the laundry checklist and put your laundry in the plastic bag provided inside your unit.

Bring your laundry down to the reception counter and we’ll have it coordinated.

Just go to the reception counter during office hours and we can print or scan your documents free of charge.

Print-outs of more than 10 pages will be chargeable at S$0.50 per page.

EZ Link cards are available in all 7-Eleven outlets and MRT Stations.

There’s a 7-Eleven out in Blk 7 Jalan Batu, and it’s only about 5 minutes walk away from us.

No, the swimming pool is a shared facility available to all residents for Fortville.

We do not allow it to be booked for exclusive use.

Yes, you need to book the bbq pit to use it. There are no booking charges.

Please note that we only allow a maximum of 8 pax to use the area.

The Gym is open from 7am to 10pm only.

ATM’s for banks like UOB, DBS and POSB are available at the petrol stations which are 4 minutes walk away from us.

FairPrice Express and Choices are just 4 minutes away from Fortville.

Located in the petrol stations, they are open 24 hours.

The swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and the BBQ pit are all located at the 2nd floor.

For residents who drive, we allocate 1 free parking lot for each apartment.

You can park your bicycle at our bicycle station with a secured lock.

It’s advisable to use a chain-lock or a U-lock type for better security

Yes, a complimentary Wi-Fi connection is provided free of charge.

For the Wi-Fi password, kindly refer to the information sheet provided to you upon checking-in.

Please call the newspaper or magazine provider and subscribe with them directly.

They can deliver to the reception counter and we will deliver to you apartment.

Yes, a single size bed can be provided to you and it comes in a full set with bedsheets, pillows, blanket and towels.

Note that there will be additional charges for this.

A baby cot set is provided free of charge to guests with babies.

If you need one, please let us know in advance so that we could prepare it for you and put it inside your unit.

You can buy a SIM card at FairPrice Extra located at Esso Petrol Station.

Kindly bring your passport with you as it will be registered under your name.

We can issue a new set of keys to you.

We strictly do not allow pets here in Fortville.

No, smoking is not allowed inside the unit.

We have a designated smoking area at the ground floor near the open parking lots.

All mails and parcels are delivered to us at the reception counter.

We will have it segragated and be delivered to you directly.
